Global Fashion Retailer launches Applicant Tracking System


Aurora Fashions, the name behind some of the UK’s most respected woman’s fashion brands, Coast, Oasis and Warehouse has launched an Applicant Tracking and Talent Acquisition System provided by award winning company Changeworknow.

With over 1250 stores in 398 countries the group has implemented an integrated solution to be used by all brands which will enable the organisation to have full visibility of  recruitment activity across the group. With better management information to inform a direct sourcing strategy this will enable cost savings to be achieved.

Driven by the need to manage volume, build a talent pool and give candidates a really good hiring experience candidates are guided through an online process that is all about engaging those candidates who will be a good fit for the individual brands. The Value-able Organisation: Breakfast Event January 2013
