New Year, New Clients and New People

A very Happy New Year to everyone and know that 2012 is going to be an exciting year. With the Olympics to look forward to this summer we know that there are many organisations out there who are looking to put in place an award winning and gold medal standard applicant tracking system.

Rymans, the UK's largest stationary retailer and Boux Avenue, the lingerie chain have chosen the Changeworknow system to help them recruit for both retail and head office staff across the businesses. Both chains are owned by entrepreneur Theo Paphitis, best known for his appearances and investments in the business programme Dragons Den. We are also delighted to welcome a new member to our team. Linda Royce has joined as Client Account Manager and will be working with our client services team to deliver projects. Linda has fourteen years experience of client relationship management and project management within the field of people development solutions. We are creating a new role at Changeworknow..

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketer/Sales Executive to join an award winning HR technology company based in Henley on Thames.

This role will provide sales lead support and generation for the growing business and the primary responsibility will be the proactive prospecting of potential client organisations.

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in sales and new business development who can use professional sales skills to generate interest in the Changeworknow  solution.  Experience of cold calling and lead generation is an essential requirement as well as a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should be commercially aware, articulate and results driven. The ability to prioritise and work in an organised and methodical way is essential.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be required to use a marketing database to capture market intelligence for use in campaigns and to source leads for the sales team through lead generation activities including cold calling. The focus on this role is to provide qualified leads for the sales team which lead to face to face meetings.
