And they are off……. Ladbrokes launches online recruitment system for shops

Ladbrokes has launched an innovative, high impact online recruitment system with award winning online recruitment solutions provider Changeworknow Ltd.

The online application process is designed to attract and engage retail applicants who are a natural fit with a company that is passionate about sport, gaming and providing a great customer experience.

Driven by the need to attract more people and give candidates a really good hiring experience, “Candidates are guided through a series of realistic screening questionnaires that are all about engaging those candidates who will be a good fit for us and will love working with our customers in any one of our 2,100 shops”, says Sara Davies, HR Director – Reward & Resourcing.

The progressive system will allow the organisation to build up a well qualified talent pool, spot high potential employees immediately and communicate with candidates via a broad range of medium including social media, text messaging, and android phones.

“We are thrilled to be working with an organisation that is passionate about delivering a first class recruitment process and puts the candidate journey at the heart of that process”, says Lesley Nash, CEO and we are delighted that our online solution will help make that a reality for the resourcing team.
