Mitchell and Butlers Implements New Recruitment Technology for all Pubs

Mitchell and Butlers, the leading operator of restaurants and pubs in the UK has extended its online recruitment capability to include all jobs in restaurants and pubs. Three years ago an online recruitment system was launched for management roles. The highly successful approach has now been extended within the business so that all pubs and restaurants can now advertise their vacancies to the internal and external population.

Working with online recruitment specialists Changeworknow, a highly innovative process has been designed to be used by over 1600 restaurant and pub managers. By using the manager portal designed specifically for busy operational managers in distributed sites the business will be able to recruit quality people quickly. The new process also means that employees can apply for vacancies as the system links to the internal employee communication and engagement portal. Employees will now be able to look for career opportunities across all brands within the group which includes well known high street brands such as Browns, O’Neills and All Bar One.
