With over 1250 stores in 398 countries the group has implemented
an integrated solution to be used by all brands which will enable the organisation
to have full visibility of recruitment
activity across the group. With better management information to inform a direct
sourcing strategy this will enable cost savings to be achieved.
Driven by the need to manage volume, build a talent pool and
give candidates a really good hiring experience candidates are guided through
an online process that is all about engaging those candidates who will be a good

using tailored and specific screening and sifting questionnaires which give candidate’s
